Dear Les,
After the recent terrible flooding , devastation and loss to the good people of LA you were in a perfect position to lift the collective spirit of the fans and alumni who have supported you for the last e!even years.
Instead, you decided to reprint your standard gameplan and serve up a big heapin helping of same old shite.
Thanks for the effort and the slap in our face!
Sleep well in your million dollar mansion !

Les Miles blew up the levees.

That's crossing the line

Totally agree! Really love that extra effort they put into playing for the State of Louisiana! What did he do all summer?

No...wrong idea.
We look to sports for a diversion, but it's unfair to place the weight of this on him. The team was ill-prepared, but let's leave it at that.

Unrelated subjects and a football loss does not equate to the flooding at all. Keep them separate.

Too far. Les Miles the coach is not Les Miles the man

the fact is he had the chance to really lift some spirits up
Instead he ran his same old gameplan. Total slap in the face.
Sad part is this is not rock bottom. It can get worse from here.

Some of you people have serious, serious issues.

I tend to agree with your overall sentiment but this team has largely been ill-prepared for 11+ seasons.
He still can't even get a play in timely or not KO short and to the boundary. He's never been able to address the "little things". Never. I'm just glad the Les-apologists are finally starting to see what I saw at the end of the first against UT in 05

If we only knew whose job it was to get the team prepared to play, we could blame them instead of Miles. Alas, it shall likely be a mystery forever.

Lol. I've been ready for Les to go but this thread is pathetic.

Ridiculous post
Why would it be ridiculous for a coach and QB to dedicate their teams' season for the devastated areas around BR....and the depressed lives therein?
Did not the Saints' coach Payton and Brees dedicate their season in 2006 ... And ultimately their Super Bowl victory to destroyed NOLA and the citizens trying to rebuild and return to their homes and city?
There are thousands of BR area fans with LSU season tickets yet no home to live in or car to drive to LSU games and yet they paid for stubborn , unchanging LM 's 4.3 million dollar contract . LM lied when he promised season ticket holders he would change things.
No apologies due.
