Harris just needs to show some growth. Fournette goes ballistic for 200+, possibly close to 300 yards. Excitement surrounding the LSU program heightens heading to signing day. Coach O gets 2003/2007/2011 caliber interior Dlinemen for signing day. The rest of the class holds strong. 2016 signals the return of the nasty, high-level LSU D. Someone lights a fire under the special teams in the off-season. Average field position improves drastically for the 2016 season. Offensive play-calling is much improved due to better offensive field position. Fournette runs wild all season next year. When bama comes to Tiger Stadium, we whip that arse.

Yes, it all starts tomorrow.

Did you read the post, or just type your response based on the title? Changes don't just occur. There are events in a process which change the path. The Texas Bowl can indeed be the start of that. Psychologically, the Tiger nation needs a lift, after a tough season and a horrible November. Sure, beating the Red Raiders alone is not like a meaningful win in itself, but it gives a boost to the psyche of the Tiger team and Tiger nation. If Harris does not play reasonably well, and we struggle against Texas Tech, the season will end as an extension of November, with everyone feeling low, and les confidence heading into '16. A win, however, helps pivot a series which will lead to the return of the Tigers we have missed for a while. It is not meaningless. It is the start of a new era, and an new phase forward.

i'm sure my unicorn will agree with your assessment as soon as he returns from his journey to never never land.... it is a meaningless game for LSU, we win and big deal because we pushed around a team with a quarter of the NFL talent that we have... we lose and it's egg on our face... neither scenario is a win for LSU... i recommend pulling upward really hard with your hip muscles and maybe your head will dislodge itself from your anus.

Morale wise for the Team I think it is far from meaningless.

Some of those can happen but I can't begin to believe the offensive approach is better until I see it work against Bama.

If there was ever a team for BH to get some much needed confidence in passing it's this team

And if he can't, i say we're screwed next year
