TCU handles disciplinary measures unlike most schools, they're actually far more conservative. In addition to the athletics department, Campus Life can also issue suspensions.
It actually is shocking that he won the appeal, Campus Life isn't a friend to the athletics department.

IDGAF if he plays or not. The funny thing is "Gary on" took a shot at Les and he doesn't even know if Hill will play. I always thought he was a count.

I'm sure our Campus Life would vote Jeremy Hill to be back on the team because they all want to win. That doesn't teach life lessons.
