How's the place Todd Blackledge featured during the Auburn game ... George's? I'll be in BR later this season and was curious if it was worth a special trip.

No.

Good burgers, annoying ordering system. Standard bar food. Sammy's, The Chimes, and Chelsea's are are all better if that's the type of grub you're looking for.

My favorite thing is the club sandwich.

Thank you. I've been to Sammy's and really liked it. I'm reluctant to break away from the three or four places I really like in BR. Only there for two nights, plus game day.

This has always bothered me as well. Not sure why, but it does.

Chimes, Parrains, Sammys, Stroubes. I'm sure I've butchered the spelling on a couple of those. We're staying downtown, so the steak place is convenient. I think Chimes is fantastic. I've loved everything I've ordered there during my previous trips to BR.

Stroube's is no longer really steak focused but they do have a lot of great food. Restaurant IPO, also downtown, is now home to the old chef at Stroube's. It's more tapas style dining, though.

Parrain's is good. I like their house dressing.

I thought Todd going to George's was an enormous whiff. It's pretty good, but nothing special for BTR.

The steak decker at Georges is the shite, but I do prefer Sammy's.
