This Auburn win will not look as great down the road. They're as bad as they showed against Jax St and will be lucky to get two conference wins. We need to pass better as we will play at least two more teams with stout D lines, not counting AnM with their stud DEs. Love our O line but they struggled in 2nd half against State and luckily Aub didn't follow their lead.

You people need to chill out about the passing game. If we dont throw against Eastern Michigan then it may be time to worry. We rushed for over 400 yards against a SEC defense. We did what we had to do to start 2-0, the next five weeks will be used to work on other things.

They do, but they've recruited extremely well over the past 3-4 years so you can judge individual matchups much better then vs. a directional cupcake. But in the end you judge your team against your standards for how they execute, and the team gets a grade worthy of not tapping the brakes.

Look, I get what you're trying to do. You cool your own expectations so you aren't let down if the team doesn't measure up. If that's how you deal, fine.
But I'll be damned if I'm going to let you or anyone else tell me how excited or not excited I should be because you're concerned about the future.
You know how much me being enthusiastic affects you? About as much as it affects the team.
So just relax and enjoy the ride for once.
