Brown didn't start, he's 2nd behind Motario Hardesty who had 160.

The same guy who should have started over Arian Foster the last 2 years

Watching the U of Tn Kiffin played every freshman he could get into the game and they did their thing either running the ball or knocking the shite out of someone. Why recruit the best and keep them on the sideline? That is the very reason some youngsters went to U of Tn to play and contribute. Just because they are under classmen don't mean they can perform

And just wait, when they play someone with equal or better players (which will be most of the their schedule) the Kiffin freshman love train will be quickly derailed.

Because UT hasn't recruited that well in the past umpteen years. I'm sure there fan base would have lost there shite if Kiffin replaced E. Berry with some freshman.

I think you are on to something.. I think most kids look forward to losing playing time as Jrs & Srs to incoming true freshman.. excellent way to build and maintain a top notch program.

Are u retarded you play your best!!! Just because they are upper classmen dosen't mean they are good dumb arse!

I can see you didn't watch the game and is not a tru fan of the game. Berry came out in the 3rd qtr and a true freshman went in for him.

W-O-W.. you are a gem.. so you want to play all these true freshmen every year.. and then develop them to the point they get beat out by true freshmen again.. lots of potential in your plan...sounds like it is a rare case where it will work both short term and long term

So you are talking about substituting then. I'm all for that. If you are playing WKU and are up by 30+ points. Yeah, put the back ups in. Do you think Kiffin will take Berry out if they are trailing or the score is close?

So you mean sub them

Yea at least put them in they don't have to start or be your only hope. Starting all freshmen is stupid but get them some experience at some time in game situation not just when it is a blow out.

congrats to kiffin for trying to run the score up to 70 in the final seconds of the game. That was classless and glad he is not here at LSU.

We all but made Crompton look like football Jedi in 06.

you serious clark? crompton threw under 50% against us in 2006. the touchdowns he threw were thrown into double coverage and were pure luck by crompton and skill by meachum. you have no idea what you're talking about

You realize Pelini was still the coordinator in 06, right?

So, we should resort to gimmicks to get recruits even though we aren't losing at the level of UT? That, and the fact that Tennessee is the worst state in the South in terms of football talent, are the reasons that Kiffin is making a point to play all his big recruits immediately. He has to make a splash.

Do you think that RR should get on the field ahead of LaFell and Toliver? He needs to learn the system and fight it out with Chris Tolliver, RJ Jackson, and Chris Mitchell to get on the field. If beats them out, and he eventually should, then he will get out there earlier and more often. The same could be said of RS. How often do you want to pull or starting qb, starting rb, or one of our top wrs out of the game to put him out there? They will get their chances in the next two games.
