Does anyone have any info on tailgating in Seattle the day of the game. We have a group of six going and would love to team up with other LSU fans. We really don't want to do the boat thing. Thanks for any info.

We are looking into a bus that will take us in, open law remember. You can bring your own booze, chips, etc on the bus. Looks to be around $30-40/pp.
Let me know if you want in. We will have the bus for about 8 hrs.

The bus will drop us off and wait in the lot for us, also the bus will have a booze tag and parking pass.

I read somewhere where they will have a large tailgating station set up outside the stadium with beer, flat screens, and other stuff. I think it is a UW thing, but it looks promising. Don't know how strict they are about walking around campus with a beer in your hand.

Washington has one big parking lot next to the stadium that will be full or RVS. Most people are there.

I heard you were trying to get a boat. What happened to this plan?

Most boats are full. Too many knicks in the boat plans. We could of had one, but think we might want the bus instead.

UW has two large parking lots for tailgating. One side is mostly RV's and some tents and the other side (water side, E-12) is all tents. Police do roam around but as long as your alcohol is in a cup you will not be bothered. They only mess with you if the see you drinking out of a bottle or can. My best reccomendation for all of you that are making the trip is to try to buy a E-12 parking pass. That will allow you to enter the lot early and claim a spot. Other wise just come out and tailgate with some of the dawg fans. You will enjoy this much more than going to a bar miles away from the stadium. Despite the assumptions I have read by LSU fans at this site the Husky fans will be out tailgating in big numbers, and will be fired up for this game. Even the last two years under our lame duck coach (who nobody supported) we came out in numbers for Ohio State, Oklahoma, and Notre Dame.

While I have only been to a cal game, I would say that expect the open container laws will be much more enforced than at lsu. I have been to big 12 and acc games, and they are much stricter. Hardly anyone tailgated at cal. But you smelled weed occasionaly in the stadium.

My God. How absolutely pathetic. We LSU fans are truly spoiled are we not? We can tailgate and party all over our beloved campus, and even offer a cop a beer with no repercussions.......

You can drink all you want around our stadium just as long as you keep it in a cup. I am confident you will all have a great time and be pleasantly surprised by the gameday atmosphere.
