Prayers sent to Tahj and his family...
Side note...all that trash talking about Alexandria can stop since RRMC is one of only THREE trauma centers in the whole state of LA that is qualified and capable of treating such injuries. Alexandria might be small and somewhat backwards but its got the only trauma center north of BR!

The poster that said in the update that he was in 'serious' condition, is that official from the dr or hospital ? (meaning serious is not as bad as critical).

Trauma surgeons at RRMC are some pretty good guys and good surgeons.
Somewhat surprised he was flown from LC to Alexandria.
He must not have been that bad or he would have gone to LCMC. They got a pretty good CT surgeon

"Tahj Jones is out of surgery and is in serious condition," Rapides Regional Medical Center spokesperson Charla Ducote told Gannett Louisiana on Saturday afternoon. His condition had not changed later Saturday night.
The Rapides Regional Level 1 Trauma Unit is one of two in Louisiana and regularly takes trauma patients from around the state, Ducote said.

From what I have been told he is in critical condition in ICU. I'm not going to go into all of the details but he is not in real good shape. Hope he can pull through this as he is a great guy that was just in the wong place at the wrong time. This one really touches home for me and the Sulphur community.

So this is obviously just a prayer thread only for Tahj? Good luck to him, but it looks like I'll have to search other web sources to try and find out how he's really doing.

Just out of curiosity, is LSU picking up his medical bill? He is still enrolled, isn't he?
