when is the month you last contributed? you only get a new card in the year you last contributed. If that was in 2013 that card is good for one year from that date, or unless you contribute again. You will only get a card for 2014 when you contribute this year. At least thats the way its been for me for the past 13 years.

I typically get mine a few weeks after I pay...which is just before the march 31st TAF point cutoff date...

Yeah, I went to the TAF Tailgate when it was raining for the last game last year..everyone at my tailgate was moping about the rain so I went with someone and watched Miss St vs Arkansas on the big screen
