Scott and Russillo love them some BR. They will always try to make the LSU/Bama game but trust me they prefer Baton Rouge because of the people of Louisiana.

SVP has been my favorite since he had hair. He is that guy that who is one of the best in his job, however would still be a guy I would want to be around and have a beer with.

Of course, but you have to admit that Russillo pairs extremely well with SVP. It's undeniable that each of them are better when they feed off of each other.

I still don't understand the rational of splitting them up. They were the last decent thing on ESPN

Probably just a case of RR becoming a big name as well, so why not maximize what they can do?

Wish they would do that with M&M and send Greeny to do the weather.

SVP appeals to a younger demographic, and since ESPN makes more money off of TV broadcasts than radio broadcasts, they saw an opportunity to capture some of that young audience with the midnight Sportscenter. That's the main motivation.

SVP could make some money by raffling off a ticket to have a beer with him.
Love his show.

You have to feel for those guys who surrender to the receding hairline and go for the dome.

Granted, not having to mess with it in the mornings definitely has it's appeal.

I guess there comes a point where you have no other choice but having to shave it once or twice a week seems like a hassle.

SVP was one of the first national sport guys to recognize the SEC superiority in football.

All the other sport lackeys were making excuses for the big ten and pac12. They have come around. SVP caught some flack but he stuck to his guns.
