How difficult is it to remember 5 plays?

Do y'all really think Les isn't calling at least half the plays or overrides Stud on play calls?

Yes I really think that, he has the same input as most any other coach in America. We are a conservative offense, our offense is called like that per Miles instruction, but the actual calls or a play by play debate is not happening except in very specific instances.

And I would not mind seeing Studrawa get a chance, but I cant imagine it is anything but pure speculation.

Yea everytime they flash to Les he's holding the play sheet and relaying the calls in to the QB. I'd say easily 99% of the time....right tards?

NEVER? How much do you actually pay attention to the game?

I know we on the rant are supposed to hate this but whenever I see Les w/ the play sheet things go better. We looked absolutely terrible on offense vs UF. USC game comes Les has the playsheet out and we looked far and away better. Crowton vs UT 2010-JJ shotgun mass confusion on personnel etc. resulting in the supposed end of the game, Les gets another shot throws the headset off and calls the most logical play I Form with the future NFL 1000 yard rusher stephan ridley FTW

IIRC the offensive stats from when he was OC at Okie State were pretty decent and a significant upgrade from the previous years.

How hard is it to remember option to short side of the field or toss dive up middle into brick wall or warecat for no gain?

Some of y'all think you know so much about football when you don't know shite. The coaches and players know the plays. They know the personnel and formations. The play sheets are for convenience! They have a game plan and have selected certain plays based on down and distance that they think will be the most effective based on scouting the opponent. To think that the coaches can't call plays w/o use if a play sheet is moronic.

Stud is a pretty good line coach, and he's definitely done his part in getting a few marquee recruits to LSU.

What do LSU fans expect to happen if he's let go? Do you think we'll get some innovative OC that Les will hand over the reigns to?

I will say this...I know alot of coaches that call games without a play sheet...all in their heads....some are just cerebral....not saying les is but he doesnt have to have a play sheet to call a game

Miles on the headset: "Stud, I have a want to run the ball to the center of the field. The formation from which the ball carrier originates is of no consequence."

eally? You think it's just a surprise that we have run the same offense with different coordinators?

Please don't sit here and try to tell me that Les does not have his hands in the offensive play calling.
I enjoy pulling this out of the closet every time I see a post like your's.
The silence is deafening.
