I just find it funny. This has been going on for years. People graduate and then think they were angels when they were students. People say it is embarrassing for the state, sure. No one likes us anyway. But I guess I forget only people from Louisiana are allowed to be students at LSU.

Exactly. It's just pathetic that these kids think this way, that "frick" etc, is somehow more intimidating or hostile.
Opposing player/coach: "the noise was bad but when they started chanting "frick" and "dick" I got really scared."
Hint: the intimidation is in the noise not the words, the vulgarity makes it playground/childish and not as intimidating.

We didn't chant "f&ck you Saban" cause he was our coach and I went to two NC titles as an LSU student. The student section can be loud and intimidating without screaming f&ck you. I hope they take all your tickets you ungrateful shits and then yall can stew on that. Piss off and grow up. Yall are what have ruined the band and what they play, but yall might be too dumb to realize that.

Student section is also what got into Bad Bo's head and caused him to lose some focus. As to what caused us to lose, it was a combination of lack of execution (botched ko, dropped 3rd down passes) and referee lameness. Student section was doing their job

Why do you act like the only people cheering at the game are students? I promise you the "blue collar" season ticket holders in the South endzone can be just as loud and more loyal than the students.

I've been going to TS back when it held only 68K total. And that is when TS's reputation as being the hardest place to play in the country started. As much as Saban is hated now, we hated the Bear just as much, believe me. Johnny Vaught at O. Miss, too. Even as recent as when the Old Ball Coach was running up the score as the Gator's HC, he was hated by everyone. Yet, this particular chant or any similar form, was never screamed out like it was Sat. nite. And TS was just as loud, just as hostile & just as respected back then as it is now with 102K. The only thing that has changed is students now days feel a need to be as vulgar & crude as imaginable. I've heard all the vulgar chants made at the other coaches named here. It was nothing like was screamed Sat nite. The students are an important part of TS & its reputation, yes. But something has to be done. That was a major embarrassment. As the saying goes "if you can't express yourself without cursing, you really are as dumb as you sound". You sounded realllly dumb Sat nite.

Listening to you idiots bitch and rant makes me happy that I'm not as big of fan as I once was. You guys are ridiculous.
I do agree on one thing. The students do need to at least act half arse decent at games. Have your fun.. We get it. "you're in college, we're just having fun.." Throwing cups when LSU scores a touchdown and hitting an innocent person where they have to get stitches and yelling "frick you saban" isn't exactly pleasing the majority.. But what do I know.
