I live in West Mobile, and I'm in Grand Bay a lot. Luckily, I've been in Slidell for the past month so I haven't had to hear it recently, but I've been hearing it all year long.

Eh for the most part what i get is " i really dont like LSU but i hate Bama so i hope LSU beats the piss out of them...but i dont see anyone beating a team like Alabama twice. Is pretty much the responses i get around Maryville and Knoxville.

Don't ask me why, but Memphis is overflowing with Alabama idiots, and it's official... 11-5 never happened... or at least it meant absolutely nothing.
When I'm out in the world in my purple and gold (which is every day), they yell their BS at me constantly. When I respond with "9-6 in BDS, Game of the Century", they get a stunned look... like "Huh? WTF does THAT mean?"
Also, it is indeed the official bama verdict that Reid's interception was actually a completed pass. Yep, PP7 was obviously out of bounds, and Reid's pick was a blown call.

BTW grand Bay sucks dick. I hate when I have to stay out there for too long. There is a ballin arse house that always has a bunch of LSU flags and other accessories outside of their house on Henderson Camp. I immediately think about them when I see someone on here post from Grand Bay.

I was in academy on airport last week and saw more lsu gear than bama walking around.

I am just south of Daigeaux and it's the same. We have more gumps however anyone not a gump seems to be LSU. Most go so far to say they hope we kick their asses really good.

Live in B'ham and I can tell u that 11/5 did not happen to these people. They are running tv and radio ads for a party at the NOLA convention center prior to game to celebrate bama's 14 national championship. To them the game is just a formality.

B'ham here...its really sickening to listen to the bs that the gumps put out daily, they will not take it good if they lose...there will be a lot of sick people...

The other day I was filling up the truck and some idiot (read: Bama Fan) yelled, "Roll Tide".
To which I responded, "No thank you, I'm married."
He said, "Huh?"
I said, "You said, 'Roll Tide', didn't you?"
He said, "Yeah, I did."
I said,"Well I'm married. Isn't 'Roll Tide' a mating call for Rednecks?"
He didn't say a thing afterwards. Crickets are beautiful.

I am in Fl and hear it daily. The least educated all feel that AL is superior. I will admit that I have stolen many smart-assed retorts from this board.
I always finish up by working "Urban Cryer" into the conversation.
I honestly don't think most of them saw LSU or Alabama play anyone this year beyond the Gators.
I took the family to Downtown Disney to eat the other night. It was a little pricey so I did not see any Al gear anywhere. I did hava an Irish guy look at my Honeybadger shirt, smile and give me a thumbs up.
