Adams and Montgomery should be the starting DE. Mingo will play on 3rd down to rush the qb.

Francois may be the other LB.

Of course, senioritis, a commonly occurring disease among LSU FB players and coaches, could be epidemic in the team this fall. If so, all bets are off. JL might be converted to a LB?

Shep, Baker, Minter (My prediction) LB's
Downs & Nevis at DT
Montgomery & Edwards at DE

I agree with most of this, except I don't think Mongomery starts. I think it's Adams at one DE spot with Agahyere at the other with Mingo, Montgomery and Edwards rotating in.

Didn't Downs have an injury? Will he be ready to start come fall? Either way, I think Pep gets the start at DT.

Not so sure about the other LBer positon besides Baker and Sheppard, I'd say Minter if I had to guess right now.

I also don't know why everyone has Loston starting, It will probably be Taylor and Jai starting with Hatcher and Loston rotating in.

As much as I want to see Loston on the field, I just don't get the feeling the coaches want him out there. They love the speed that those DB's would give them.

I'm not sure how anyone pencils montgomery and Adams as the DE's

Edwards and agahyere were both pretty good last year and will probably be the starters, though the DL always rotates a lot
