Our starting QB, And RB, And LT are pretty much gone forever. This was in fall camp and were major pieces to the Offense. These are crucial positions and clearly will murk the water trying to kick off a new OC with them gone after being a big part of the planning for entire season.

Every team deals with injuries. We have several returning starters, even on the Oline, Brennan was supposedly in stiff competition with MJ in camp with many people here on the rant calling for MJ over Brennan. Backups should be ready to play. Next man up? Not hearing that anymore, are we? Tired of BS excuses. Coaches need to get it together. Leaders (if we have any) need to step up and play. I don’t care who is hurt. This is embarrassing.

Brennen would not have helped because he is not mobile and would have been sacked more. Agree left tackle was a huge loss but the line has issues across the board. As a whole, the worst I have ever seen at LSU. Another huge issue is we have no real tight end to help block. We should just leave Bech in because Cole Taylor is too slow, doesn’t get to his spots in blocking scheme, can only get in the way as a blocking technique because he is too high and not strong, and he isn’t an offensive weapon. Bech has actually done a better job of blocking at 210#. He creates mismatches and we can get open quickly and allow QB to get rid of it before there are lineman in his grill.

Myles was never the starter. Nor was he ever going to be.

My God did you even watch the games last year before he got hurt? Virtually same o-line and he was lighting up the record books. Recency bias is real but that’s just dishonest.

It’s true. LSU lost 3 of the most important starters on offensive before the season started and everyone of those loses could have been prevented. Dare Rosenthal fell off the wagon again then decided to transfer, Emery fell behind academically, and Myles Brennan decided to carry all of his fishing gear while wearing flip flops on a rotten dock and broke his arm. Kinda crazy…..

Please explain how me getting tired of hearing “excuses” centered around injuries is going to be the reason LSU football goes on a death spiral?
And if ya hadn’t noticed, other teams deal with injuries etc, yet don’t suck this bad. Our coaches are not on the same page and it starts at the top with CEO. I honestly don’t care about losing in state kids as long as it’s not a TOP OLINE PROSPECT for peet sake!
But sure let’s just be content with going .500, losing badly to lesser PAC 12 opponents, continuously getting beat on crossing routes in the secondary or refusing to run a bubble screen when the other teams DBs are lined up 10yards off our best receivers. Sure let’s just hang in there and keep pumping sunshine, continue to make excuses for these grown men that get paid millions of dollars to WIN. That’s a solid plan. Dumbass….

As always he doesn’t know what he’s talking about he’s just making stuff up. There’s no way in hell Max Johnson was going to start over Myles Brennan and that’s now obvious to all but a handful of fans.
