Hurley has a canon. Malachi Lane, Reliford, Kylin Jackson, and Nicolas all surprised too. Looks like we might not need a portal RB after all.

I am extremely nervous of having to put Rickie or Swan in a game next year.
Hurley is 17 but I swear he looked more poised and just overall better than either of them.
Reliford will start right away. He looked possessed out there. Super excited about him.
Also thought Woodland did a damn good job. He just looks so small though.
I'm also beginning to move on from the thought that Sampson will be special.

Not even average SEC talent on defense after 3 years? Means another 3 loss regular season, at least.
Coaches cannot help bottom level talent become All SEC, let alone All-Americans.
Let’s just use the excuse of defense changes right now. If we give up 40 + points and lose to USC then we probably have a season long problem.

WI defense ran us up and down the field after averaging 13 points a game in the Big 10.
Starting to think the talent is AAC level on defense. Just terrible after 3 seasons.

I would wait to see how they look when the defense isn't playing vanilla football. Schemes and gameplan will probably tell us a lot more about this defense.

I just got home and I thought that that overall the team looked like it could be damn good with some adjustments. Offensive game is sharp with good execution for spring. Defensive patience needs to be turned up. Too much over pursuit, but I like the aggressive approach.
Summer workouts and fall camp should be able to put a good edge on the team.

Not an average QB. Camp arm and pray that Nuss does not get hurt.
