Pro is better to watch IMO but whatever scheme works best for your current players and coaches I'm good with.

Pro systems take to much time for an average QB to learn.
They work in the NFL because you can teach 1 QB and he'll be there for years.
In college outside a few special players it takes too long to teach for the turnover rate.
We need a plug and play system that can be run by a good athlete with a strong arm, because we produce way more of those than We did Peyton Mannings.
