Probably drops to LSU -1 before gametime. Vegas wants some people to take Florida State.

Means nothing. What was the spread on that Colorado vs TCU game yesterday?

Yes it will, and that doesn’t change my prediction of LSU winning by a TD. 34-27.

Could be. But I’m pretty sure the spread doesn’t dictate what teams are allowed to win by.

Don't need betting lines to know this.

It's amazing how many people don't know how this works. The line has dropped because bets are coming in on Florida St. So as the line drops its to get money back on the LSU side. Vegas will keep adjusting the number accordingly based on bets cause their goal is even money on both sides.

TCU were 21 point favorites over Colorado. They lost 42-45

Baylor were 28 point favorites over Texas State. They lost 31-42

Texas Tech were 13.5 point favorites over Wyoming. They lost 33-35

Sick of everybody looking at TCU as being a great team because they were runner up last year.
Apparently Vegas did that to. TCU is horrible and will be a 4-8 this year. Colorado may be as well.

Easy money if you are sharp. Enough to see it and not betting with your heart.

Moving from -2.5 to -1.5 isn’t very significant. Just means money is on FSU +2.5.

LSU will still win

More likely it is people betting on FSU based on SEC teams losing/Struggling in week 1, especially UNC beating USCe by two TDs yesterday.

In reality it means nothing. They are just trying to shift money so they hedge their bets. Vegas never loses.
