Speaking of Title IX

With all the issues schools are facing with Title IX compliance, it took a major hit with the stroke of the pen. LINK
If transgender athletes are going to be able to participate in women’s athletics, then there should be maximum limits on testosterone and minimum limits on estrogen. Otherwise, make PEDs legal and allow women to take them but not allow transgenders to take them.
Just think of it this way, the greatest women’s 100M sprinter of all time would not win the 100 in a lot of boys high school state meets. That’s how unfair this is to women.

Nah. I say let men, pretending to be women, take over every woman's sport. When enough real women start getting booted they will start complaining, and only then will people see how ridiculous this is.

You are trying to apply logic, science and ration to an order purely based on emotion.
To bad the order doesn’t take into account the emotions and feelings of women who have trained their whole lives to compete on a level playing field.

So basically woke leftist athletes will still play the victim when it doesn’t benefit them?
IX is a sham. There have been numerous men’s sports that have suffered so universities can prop up money pit female sports. I pray that there are enough “brave” male athletes that absolutely take advantage of IX and take scholarships away from undeserving female sports/athletes. This will be an historical example of “Go woke, and get punch in the face with your own hypocrisy.”
