Just because WW isn’t meeting the expectations of our football coaches means he won’t get a new contract? As long as he gets past this NCAA stuff, and makes the tournament, he’ll get a new contract. We haven’t had this much success in basketball in a very long time. We won’t be able to bring in anyone better. This isn’t football folks.

Success? We define success differently I guess. Sure he recruits great, and that gets us into the trny. However, he doesn't do anything once in the trny and has 1 NCAA trny win.

You’re talking about LSU basketball bud. It’s our number 3 sport on campus, arguably 4th or 5th, behind football, baseball, gymnastics, and possibly softball. Our standards should not be the same as they are in Lexington. Unrealistic football fans cause for unrealistic expectations.

He’s not poo poo. But this team is definitely underperforming. And that’s on him. I’m not extending him rn at this moment. He doesn’t have much leverage. But I still think the dude is a decent coach.

I think the fast break out at the beginning of the season and playing hard defense at the beginning then losing quality players to injuries can put a damper on players physicality..I think these players are just plain worn out..

The last few years we were great at offensive efficiency and bad at defense.Wade is going a different route and knows he needs 2 way players which is why the recruiting class reflects that.This is the first year going this route with this style of defense.Anyone can see we don’t have the offensive talent this year but if he keeps recruiting like this class he has coming in,he will get the right 2 way players and some transfer who can shoot to come in and build a winning squad.Give the man a couple seasons to try this new style of play and getting the right recruits to fit this style before you make the judgement.Downvote away cause I’m sure you all thought we was making a final four or something unrealistic with our terrible shooting
