Only thing that was wrong was the idiot brother going on the court and that' out of the teams control.
I agree, he shouldn't have jumped over the bench, but the guy was concerned over his sister. He also really didn't do anything. Just concern for his sister's safety, also, I think he looked at Cardos and said to himself "damn, that's a big ole bi$#%#. ButI think a lot of brothers would do that for their sister.

Agree but his sister has been playing high level basketball her whole life. She got pushed down, that happens all of the time. This didn’t happen in a pickup game or at a bar somewhere…..You never get involved in on court action. That’s a very AAU mentality that if you allow to happen it perpetuates. If you want to stay in the stands and yell or cause a scene that’s different.

???????????????

Pretty sure Flau’jae pushing the SC player started it. Talking is one thing...shoving another player is totally different.

You apologize for appearances, it was an ugly incident, it doesn’t matter who started it or even if you are sincere. Staley did that Mulkey not only didn’t but kind of inflamed it with her comment about wishing the big “girl” pushed Reese.

Didn’t LSU win the national championship a few months back? The women’s team holds the NCAA throne right now, right? Until the end of this coming tournament.

What is “yet”?

They’re always fuming about CKM. She wasn’t lockstep with the woke mob during Covid and Brittney Griner getting arrested in Russia and they’ve wanted to cancel her ever since

Mulkey doesn't play that bullshite game. She didn't play it with the Britney Griner situation. She didn't play it when Angel was away for a few games. It is one of my favorite Mulkey qualities. She ain't kissing nobody's arse and saying stuff "just for appearances".

If there was something to apologize for, then she would have apologized.

Kim Mulkey, that's my coach. I would take her over Staley or any coach in the country. She isn't taking any crap from anybody, players (Cordosa), coaches (Staley), former AD & Prez (Baylor), or the liberal woke press. She takes them head-on single handedly. The players love her for that, fire, passion, and unapologetic. Don't you know that lit a fire in the players. Look out NCAA Tournament.

Those who are “fuming” are the ones who didn’t watch the game. Any idiot can repeat what they see and hear on social media. Especially when they look at bits and pieces of something that doesn’t tell the whole story. Kim has nothing to apologize for. Watch the entire game and tell me what you see. Here are my thoughts:

The officials were atrociously awful and allowed the game to get to the boiling point. Sure Angel pulled some hair and Johnson pushed a girl but go back and look at what caused all of that to happen?

USC is a very physical team and they dominate when they are allowed to foul without being called.

Dawn Staley is a racist pos that will play the victim card every chance she gets to earn an advantage.

Not sure the brackets and I know they lost to USC but I wouldn’t want to play Stanford. Lots of length.

There was a sequence early that started the escalation in my opinion. 21 was driving and threw a high and hard foreman on Flau'jae. It was called a charge but it wasn't upgraded. The next play Angel raising her arms for a pass and it WAS upgraded.

This is why the refs are responsible for the entire chaos. Many other occasions Angel had her forearms crushed going to the basket with no calls. The fuse was burning the whole game and SC and the refs doused it with gasoline.
