So why does LSU have such a problem when going to a hurry-up offense?

Seems like we've had problems with this for years.....mainly false starts, or not enough men on the LOS.

I think we've used it effectively at times.
Primarily in goal line to prevent substitutions to jumbo packages. One of the factors for LSU's increased success in red zone overall and especially TD% (scored 100% of the time now, 2 FGs??)
But yeah, seems very inconsistent otherwise. I'd venture lack of experience, not a focus in practice, and/or general discomfort with it.
