I was for Florida, but only because I wanted LSU to play another top ten team. I usually root for Ole Miss when the game has not bearing on LSU.

Fla because Old Piss is in the west, and LSU needs all other west teams to lose to enhance their chances of winning the west

I generally pull for the underdog, in this case Ole Miss. That's the way college football is these days, really, any team can beat another team. You always have to bring the A-game.

I was hoping that Florida would come back, because I wanted LSU to be ones to expose them and be responsible for screwing up their season.

Adding everything up, an Ole Miss win was better than a Florida win. So many factors evened out, but we have to compete with Florida for more recruits than Ole Miss. So Florida stumbling and losing to a middle of the road team at home helps LSU in that department.

So who were you all for.....
when it looked like Ole Miss had a chance to pull the upset?
Regretfully, yes.

Did the idea of Ole Miss winning sicken you more than the idea of Florida having an SEC loss and being one-down in the BCS sweepstakes appealed to you?
Yes.

Or vice-versa.
Yes. The whole thing was sickening, yet somehow fulfilling.

who says we still won't??? I would actually rather lose in FLA(if we have to split) if we can win in the SECCG

Living here in FLA, it is ALWAYS nice when the gaytors lose. Don't care about rankings. Don't care that OM is in the West. OM will lose again for sure. UF played the worst game I have seen in quite a while and still should have won.

Ole Miss going to Gainsville and hanging 31 on Florida's D is bad for Florida but Floridas D waws a concern in the offseason no?

Nutt had more than enough time to build a winner at Arky and other than a couple of trips to Atlanta he was unable to make that program a consistent contender. until he shows different, there is no reason to think he will do that in Oxfart.

BTW, I was pulling for the weebs today. Not much beats UM getting flustered on the sideline.

If we win our games we will get to where we want to be. Oddly, Bama game worries me the most. I will be a UGA fan tonight, and was a Reb fan today.

I think it will come down to, if we beat UGA twice, we will be playing for another NC.

Lesser of 2 evils. I am happy for the Ole Miss players though, just not their fans.

Sorry, but I don't EVER cheer for Ole Miss unless it will help us in the division standings. No one enjoyed that Wake Forest comeback more than me. It was an important win for OM today, but if either of those teams face LSU, Alabama, or Georgia and play the same way (penalties, turnovers, stupid plays), they lose by three scores.

I love seeing Meyer sad but I was for Florida so we could beat a higher ranked team on their home field.

After watching Florida the last two weeks I aint worried bout them!
