Kennedy has Parkinson's. He's not getting hired by anyone.

Kennedy slides right in with the Eustachy, Gottfried, Stansbury, Johnson types. Unfortunately, I think Alleva is too cheap to go after a "name", and too unimaginative to go after a really good mid-major HC. I wish there were a young Bob Huggins type out there to restart the program.

1. Buzz Williams - Texas native, LA/Texas coaching ties. Has recruited Texas at MU and VA Tech. 5 NCAAs at MU w/2 Sweet 16s and 1 Elite 8 finish. He kept a good thing going there succeeding Tom Crean. At Tech he has turn around program which is what LSU needs. Has gone
2-16, 10-8, 10-8 in the ACC and gets Tech to NCAAs TY. He's still in his Mid 40s. Passionate on the bench and quirky enuff for La. Have you seen those 3 piece suits and that Tech colored sweater? If he's available the question is how much. Extension LY will max at
$3 million plus in '22-23.

I've been on the Will Wade bandwagon for a while. But the more I read up on some of the names mentioned the more I like Pat Kelsey from Winthrop. He's a Skip Prosser disciple, and seems to have the energy, experience and success that is worthy of a chance at a bigger school. And I think he's certainly attainable, likely more so than someone like Wade.

Loved this too:

Who really thinks Alleva is going to spend money and make a quality hire?
