So what is Yahoo's next play?

Our favorite little search engine that could has been a little quiet.
What do they do now?
Wade is still the coach, Alleva is gone and we just stole Scott Woodward from Aggy.
I'm guessing Thamel and Forde are somewhere putting in overtime staring at a blank computer screen trying to come up with something right?
I'm excited about the new article.
I'm sure our new donor relations specialist (LMFAO) cant wait to read it.

Pete Thamel is a disgrace. How he remains in any facet of reporting (I refuse to call him a journalist) is astounding. Anything he's involved in should be suspect.

Maybe they will put together a story about Wade and Woodward plotting together over 2 years ago to both be at lsu in 2019 and were attempting to bribe AAU kids to come to LSU over the next few years. There will be a foundation for homeless baby seals that provided the money used in the scandal.

The former GM who presided over Yahoo News’ rise to prominence is a self described “radical leftist” (his words). He’s a good guy though and believes wholeheartedly in free speech and would fight to defend someone who disagrees with his political views’ right to express their opinion.

He can get me an interview with anyone there if he so chooses, and about 10 years ago I did him a solid favor.
He left Yahoo on his own accord, and by all accounts still has a good relationship with the people currently running it.
Questions must be tactful or I won’t bother him with it.
What would the Rant like to know specifically?
I can’t guarantee anything, but I am willing to reach out to him and ask him to put me in touch with whoever at Yahoo if I get a list of reasonable questions to ask.
ETA: I’m off work today due to weather and have been drinking. Otherwise I probably never bring this up or offer to do it.

You'll see now that they are basically the same exact story from the same exact portion of transcript, made each time to sound like something new and earth-breaking... and all at the most inconvenient times for an LSU team nearing the end of a very special season.
