It’s pretty clear that both teams, with their current pitching “issues”, are content playing only one, maybe two games. The end.

We’ll need more sweeps in our last 5 series to win the SEC on winning %.

LSU will be kicking a lot of arse the rest of the way so that won’t be an issue

So your weather app is telling you that there’s an 86% chance it will rain every minute of the day Friday and a 99% chance it will rain every minute of the day Saturday?

Didn’t realize weather worked that way.

Lol all he said was “it doesn’t look good”.
Where’d you come up with your theory??

So how would you handle “scattered thunderstorms” all day?
You wait til that “one minute” it stops raining and start the game? Then when it begins pissing rain in another half hour, what do you do?

Maybe…but the three teams in the East that are currently leading the Conference have played the teams that are in the basement of the Conference. I guess that could be a “chicken or the egg” argument: are they really “good”because they played bad teams or are those teams “bad” because they played good teams?

Regardless, after this weekend and next weekend (UK), LSU’s teaming conference series are against those bottom dwellers.

The Carolina’s are expecting around 1.5-3 inches of rain from Friday evening into Saturday night. Columbia could see up to 2 inches of rain in that time frame.

It doesn’t. “99% chance of rain” means 99% of the area will see at least some rain.

Their 3rd starter is banged up.. even with Hurd's issues I'd give us the advantage... so I'd be pushing to get all 3 in if i was CJJ

I am willing to bet they get all three games in. Not sure times or how but they will get them in.

The weather looks bad but this usually happens once or twice a year and they still seem to manage to get the games in.

They probably could have gotten a double header in today just to be safe. All they will need is 3 to 4 hours for each game. Rain is coming for sure. They will get it in or a make up later is possible.

They either get it in or not. There are no make ups. The schedule does not allow it.
