Gordy made a good point by saying that last year O was playing with house money. It seems that now he's the head coach, the pressure is too much.

Couldn’t agree more. He is digging his own grave. All this talk about how O is such a nice guy.. seems like a pompous a-hole. Him saying that about the kickers legit pisses me off. I know it’s SEC football but they’re still teenagers. If their confidence was shaky before its completely gone now.

There's a time and a place for everything.
These issues are supposed to be handled privately as an in-house thing. You don't go talk bad about your players to the media. It's insulting and bad for team morale.
You would never see Saban or Miles talking bad about their players to the media, because that's not what successful coaches do.

I hated cheering against us last year because I was worried we'd be stuck with O.
Looks like I'm going to be doing it again.
And to think, on Thanksgiving night last year, I was briefly so excited and relieved that we had 'agreed to terms' with Herman...
