Bleacherreport, for me, is a place where I can get info on all the teams in CFB that I want to keep up on. While I read the opinion pieces, they're just that, opinions. It's nothing different than ESPN, SI, or local sports journalists. They all offer up their opinions so while you "omg, onoz" every time it's brought up, just take a step back and realize that it's no different from other sites. They break stories before others sometimes, they keep updated on practices and recruiting, and are usually at camps and get interviews from coaches and players. I enjoy a good top 10 list and best and worsts, and all that other stuff to keep me from being bored around this time of year. That is why I spend a good deal of time on that site. It keeps me informed and relieves the boredom

Chance

I think the only thing holding Harris back will be learning the offense and accuracy. Jennings has a pretty big advantage of being in the system an entire year. Also, Cam's had an entire year to workout any bad mechanics/habits that Jennings had coming in.

I think the fact that Harris is already in the 1-2 conversation tells you all you need to know about where the coaches view him. I think he'll have a chance to start if he can correct some things. It might not be until midseason though. At this point, it is all up to him putting in the work and proving he's better than Jennings.

an optimist you are not. Anthony Jennings did not execute well in the Iowa game. fact.

but, that's all it was, ONE GAME. most people improve their performance the more reps they get. fact.

when AJ gets "comfortable" we will see how good his skills are and then we can make predictions as to our offense. before that time, basing his abilities on one game is downright foolish.

Didn't do bad-Iowa. First game a W. For a change we have a stable of good QB's.

Yep. Just like it was Bama's offense throughout 2011, McCarron's first year starting. It wasn't until the last weeks of the season that Saban started to pass a little more and downfield. Smart coaching! I would expect no less from this quality LSU staff.

truer words never typed. the LSU fanbase will be a shitshow that makes the JJ/JL saga look like a fairytale.

I am not condemning the QBs, a reasonable rational fan understands we have a young first year starter and there will be some bumps in the road.

Rettig will not get a chance. Once Les decides who he likes,It could be Bert Jones & he still wont get a chance to play.
