And all those others you listed? I assume you're not as stupid as you're implying right now, but I've been wrong before.

the only difference between the two is some fortunate luck for Miles and getting into the NC.

easy...chavis and his defense held it together while the offensive shite show was still trying to chug it along.

Not when we win. There was a thread last week saying that Miles owes 95 of his 110 wins to coordinators and not anything he did.

Richt was not like Miles. He had a lower winning percentage, he did not have a national championship ring, he did not have 3 BCS appearances and he had been there 4 years longer than Miles.

Richt was JUST LIKE Cholly Mac. He had no National championships but a couple SEC championships and a very similar winning percentage and stayed at LSU for 15 years. Mandel makes very valid points.

difference is that they didn't torture him for 3 weeks, hanging him out in front of the local media with bullshite leaks, etc.

Exactly who is responsible for that? Did Alleva put out the leaks?

this game was understandable.

Yep. You could tell the players were drained. 10 straight games without a bye is tough.

It was a tale of two halves, really. Over 200 yards rushing in the second half and Honey Badger going ballistic.

Sounds like Mandel simply believes Georgia deserves more success than it's been achieving in the east while LSU should be satisfied going 5-3 in the west. Mandel is a simpleton.

Sounds like Mandel acknowledges that it is more difficult to go 5-3 in the West than it is in the East. For reference, the West was 12-2 against the East this year.

Didn't you say on here last week that you were okay with firing Miles

i was ok if Miles happened to be fired...i didn't want him fired but i understood.

and you recently said you wanted to give him one more year? Why do you think that?

because i didn't think he should be fired and we have a lot of players returning

He also says Les' only sin is not beating Saban, which is incredibly false.

While I'm no fan of this article, and am in fact someone who believes it was absolutely time for a change, the article says Miles' "biggest" sin is not beating Saban, not his "only" sin. That is a big difference.

Had we beat Bama this year, none of last week happens.

Had we beat Arky and at least been competative with Ole Piss last week wouldn't have happened. What's your point?

I don't agree with this. And I said it since the beginning of the season. Les needed to beat Bama or his seat would get hot.

My point was pretty obvious when you look at what I quoted and then what I said. I know that's asking a lot.
