Well, there are head coaches that call plays.

Yep and ask if it works out well for them. When coaches do this, the team isn't performing at its best, and you probably made a bad hire somewhere, so this isn't a bragging right for a HC, who is supposed to hire good assistants.

I assure you if coach O sees that adjustments need to be made he has them made. He tells the coach generally what he wants and how he wants to get that done then the OC directs the whole thing, puts all the pieces in the right place then asks if that is ok with the HC. HC agrees then they go with it. They keep adjusting week to week until it's perfected. Not that hard to understand.

do not correct grammar mistakes because it's a douche move, but your thread is so shitty it deserves it.

If you're going to correct grammar then make sure you're actually correct.

Too=Also
To=expresses motion
Two=the number 2

OP is still an idiot but you are too.

A bad hire? Not following that logic. Some coaches simply prefer to call the plays themselves. Works out well for some, like Jimbo Fisher, and not well for others.

This is taking things too far.

Come on, I wasn't a fan of the hire but there's been more lately to be excited about than to complain about.

This really looks like sour grapes.

Then now come Saban doesn't have a call sheet and isn't seen calling defenses on the sideline?

you obviously have never been in management. the top manager directs and controls his organization. yes, his top guys are damn important and handle the nuts and bolts but the top guy is the one that determines the degree of success in the organization and his fate will depend on that.

one day when you grow up maybe you will attempt to work yourself up into a management role. you will look back at this question and wonder how you survived being so out of it.
