LSU has the opportunity to make the Spring Game a worthwhile event but they always manage to screw it up.

Pair it up with a baseball game like usual and have a 6pm start. Make it seem like a normal gameday sat.

Countless schools do the spring game right and they rake in some cash in the process and get a lot alumni donations to boot.

I am more interested in watching us play someone instead of playing with ourselves.

I'll likely go

The only one in recent memory I've gone to was in 2009 just to see Shep, this will be a similar situation

If Mett is competing for the starting job, 40k is not unreasonable. If not, similar to last year.

If Crowton is still here, I don't think there will be enough excitement for any more than a usual spring game (do you read these threads Gary)????

Actually, I think ESPN picks certain spring games to televise each year. They didn't do LSU's last year, so perhaps they will this season. For those of us living out of state who can't make it to the game, that would be great if they do have it.

If the kid makes it through Mardi Gras without an arrest, I'll go see him at Spring Scrimmage.
