Ok so you are actually going to count a 100yd kickoff return for a TD as part of our offensive output

So, you are not going to count a TD scored when we had the ball? And the 440 yards didn't have anything to do with a KO return.

that was a shitty thing to do to a school that hired you after

On game day? How sick is that and no wonder LSU wants their $400,000.

I wish they would have given him a ultimatum sign the deal or no coaching in the bowl game

Now that would have been the way to go for sure!

I remember once in basketball right before the tournament, Arizona State hired the coach from Michigan (I think). Michigan's team was going to the tournament and were ranked fairly high, but Arizona State told the Coach, you come now or you don't come at all. He left Michigan and went to Arizona State.

You know what they say, "Money talks, BS walks."

No we scored a TD on a kickoff return, it had nothing to do with offensive output from our offense did it? we did have 440yds of offense though and that should have been enough to win the game, our defense didn't do well in the first half because Chief was taking collect calls from Sumlin.

Good riddance if he didn't want to stay at LSU.

I know we won't go 3-5 or worse in conference next year. Where will your trend line be then?

At least Chavis may have an excuse...what's the excuse for Miles and Cam?
I have read through this entire thread. This was your first post in it, so this is the one I picked to reply to. This remark is directed to not only you, but to all the hard headed dense motherfrickers who don't seem to understand that Notre Dame won that game because the defense failed to consistently stop their offense. Granted, LSU's offense didn't light the scoreboard on fire, but they were awarded 28 points and was robbed of a touchdown at the end of the first half. If LSU was given the touchdown on the fake field goal, Notre Dame has to score a touchdown to TIE the game. Would it have happened, who knows? But no matter what would have transpired, I'm willing to bet that you dumbasses would have still bitched and moaned about something because that seems to be all you people do.

Notre Dame first drive of the game, 15 plays, 8 minutes off the clock, and a TD. How are you going to blame that shite on anybody but the defense?
That shite ain't gonna fly with the blockheads that are bitching in this thread. Let me try something the Miles haters would come up with. "God Damn Miles lost the coin toss and forced us to go on defense first...sonofabitch!"

Had he stayed Coach Miles should have fired him. What a model for his players! Also shows a considerable lack of respect for his fellow coaches because I'll bet there was a lot going on behind the scene during the season. Could a Chavis-Miles-Cameron controversy affected the team? IF there was, it would explain some of Coach Miles' odd post-game appearances and remarks. I think the truth may be coming out about this erratic season.

How is it comical? The man coached at LSU and is now the most successful coach in the history of football at a divisional opponent. Surely you can grasp the reasoning behind some folks disdain for him.

Ftr I don't hate him, but understand the sentiment because I have a fricking brain.

I don't see the problem here. Don't y'all think miles was in the phone with michigan prior to the 2007 SEC championship game?

I have to agree.
Chavis seemed to mail this one in. I really think that entire coaching staff will be there no more than 2 years.
