Actually, you need a good BBQ sandwich maker on staff for meetings, events, etc.
If not, during meetings, morale goes down and could possibly effect playerse, game planning, recruiting...etc.

Stop saying this. It's not true. He's not a better recruiter than Wilson and Orgeron. He's a good recruiter but saying he's the "best" is silly. Always been a good recruiter.

Some of you really don't get how important peveto is to this recruiting staff. Special teams was bad but he's ranked as the number two recruiter in the entire country right now on 247. Do some research.
Yep. You can all slop BDPs knob for Monroe, Thornton, Fowler, Lawrence, ect ect ect ect. The man is worth way more than this board gives him credit for.
Oh, and he coached LBs and STs this year, Beck and Debo did aight

Are people trying to act like the special teams weren't indefensibly bad this season?
People are defending Peveto by saying he's a good recruiter but that's the same thing people bash Les for - being able to recruit and keep up with Saban in February but not in November. Peveto can recruit. But he can't coach. He hasn't had any success on the sideline at LSU since 2007.

Worth noting that if BDP can focus just on special teams and not have to coach backers, his unit might improve. In fact I believe that's the reason it stuggled.
