Basically the article is saying what we all think LSU is being out coached

" 2. Les Miles said LSU’s performance against Arkansas was not an Alabama hangover. I don’t buy it.

When LSU took the field for its home game with Arkansas, the word had made it to Tiger Stadium that Alabama was dismantling Mississippi State. I speculated on the SEC Network that if LSU got that news before kickoff, the Tigers would come out flat. They did.

That, for all intents and purposes, was LSU’s last shot at winning the SEC West. Yes, Alabama still could lose to Auburn, which would have reopened the door for the Tigers. Well, now even that door is shut as Arkansas dominated LSU in every phase of the game to win 31-14.

Les Miles is 27-3 after a loss at LSU. All three of those losses have been to Arkansas.

Miles fell on his sword after the game, saying that everything that happened was his fault. Well, he’s right about that. Against Alabama and again against Arkansas, LSU got outcoached. The offense simply has not improved over the past few seasons and Cam Cameron runs that side of the ball.

“Anyone who would think this is a hangover from the Alabama game, that is absolutely untrue,” Miles said to reporters after the game.

Sorry, Hat. No sale. LSU took the field knowing it was not going to reach its goal of the College Football Playoff. Then the Tigers proceeded to play like it."

Yep.

I know he had to say it after the game, but everyone on God's green earth knew why the team came out flat.

Gordy Rush said this was the most "ready" he's seen this team in 3 years. My question: If you can't be ready for this years bama game, when will you be ready for a game?

Has Miles lost this team?

I was under the impression that another Alabama loss didn't really matter in the grand scheme. As long as we took care of business, we still had a decent shot of getting in the playoff due to other teams above us that would be losing after playing one another?

I believe it.

And I don't really blame the team for it.

The times have changed, people.

These shite bowls mean nothing now.

It's all about the playoffs.

It's time to expand them to at least eight.

I don't think miles has lost the team but cam Cameron's offensive scheme sure has rustled a few feathers

"I don't think miles has lost the team but LES MILES' offensive scheme sure has rustled a few feathers"

Didn't someone post a story about Jimbo saying one of the reasons he left LSU is because Les wouldn't let him run his offense?

When we get to the point where a win/loss against bama "doesn't really matter", we need to drop the football program.

No. Just go back and watch 2005 and 2006. Not the same offense LSU is running. He left because he got the head gig at FSU. Any other answer is fabricated bull shite.

I was referring to a second Bama loss after we lost our game with them, not losing our game to them to begin with.

tRant loves blaming coaching, but I see more of a execution problem as LSU hit meat of schedule.
Coaches can't win individual battles for the players.
I know, better duck.

You are crazy if you don't think Les Miles had an influence on what Jimbo was allowed to do in 2005-2006.
