Doubting he will be nearly as productive as one of our best qb's all the time isn't a lack of confidence...it's common sense

When did people start using common sense on the rant? You can take your common sense and shove it up your arse. I will believe that Nuss is NFL ready until I see him play and then I'll start cheering for his backup to replace him!

Its like youre new to LSU football or something.

There is no smoke. There is only wishful thinking. It’s mid season. That smoke doesn’t happen mid season. All you are hearing is hopeful conversations.

The most recent prolonged PT vs a top-tier opponent he seemed to do well. Why the lack of confidence in the bus?

NOT a knock on Bus or a lack of confidence. I think after a full season of starting he will be great. House leaves an offense with no margin for error against teams that have an offense ranked below 75-80 overall in the NCAA. That’s a lot of pressure on a new QB, especially after following Daniels.

Has anyone seen some smoke coming from this topic? Heard it's a very good chance both will be gone after this year and that some heavy weight DCs want in at LSU.

You guys really think someone will say my sauce is xyz and explain exactly what they do etc…. Then say these exact coaches are linked to the job. Gtfo. Stop asking for a name of a sauce

If true. I believe Georgia used it and others will as negative recruiting on that CB.

“LSU is going to clean house (no pun) on the defensive side” come on down…

Losing the worst defensive coaching staff in the programs history would do the opposite, actually. Did you see the comment from the kid that decommitted recently? He knows the idiots here now can’t develop a DB. We’ve watched our secondary go from bad to worse to historically terrible since the end of last season.

I dont think House will be fired but i do think several of the assistants on that side of the ball will be let go. House was serviceable enough last year and he is not exactly playing with a full deck this year. I can see him being given a year to figure it out.

Why get rid of Steeples and House and keep Cooks. I hated the hire, but he's been on staff with Kelly so he apparently trusts him. I just don't see where he's done anything to warrant retention.

It wouldn’t surprise me if he was back in the NFL next year.
