SI - The SEC could not do that to LSU, needs to ensure game is played

team in America. They also would be undefeated under interim coach Ed Orgeron. (Let that sink in.) Wouldn’t the College Football Playoff selection committee have to give the Tigers serious consideration for the final four?"

If LSU wins out, and we're the "hottest team in America" could we pull a bama and sneak into the playoffs without having to win the SEC?
