And who's fault is that?

With BeeFense starting to come around to reality I wonder who leads the meetings now.

i have never called anyone a loser. just pointed out the fact that many may not be living up to expectation of others whether it is in school or on the job. didnt signle anyone out or point the finger at any one person. all one can do is examine his or her own situation and determine if they should be given a little leniency

No. I support LSU not a coach who is running the program aground.

If I got paid $4 million a year, I would try a lot harder at my job.

Everyone had us pegged anywhere between 8-4 & 10-2 before the season started, thinking build momentum because next year is the year for the natty. Expectations got out of control as the season went on because of how exeptional Buga was playing to start the season. The hype train peaked and now, right where everyone on this board thought we would be, somehow it's unacceptable anymore. People on the Rant are making all Tiger fans look bad at this point. The meltdown hasn't stopped and it boiled over as everyone left the stadium during a 10 point game in the 3rd qtr last week. Grow the frick up, Shut the hell up, and let this team finish what it started. When the chips have fallen, then cast your judgements. I bet its the same as what you figured before the season too.

I think this is really the first time anything has come out about boosters and the buyout. Hopefully it will light a fire under Les and let him know his free ride from 07 & 11 is done. Its time to get hungry and coach with "your hair on fire, let er rip" attitude.

I don't feel sorry for them.

I am a retired high school coach and my job was on the line a few times in my career in 24 years as a head coach -- and that wasn't in football. I understood that even though I didnt like it. I finished in the top 5 of career coaching wins in Texas, but that didn't make a difference my last season when we started 1-15 after losing 8 starters from a 33-5 season. We did go 17-4 the rest of the year and I retired gracefully even though I was told that my job status was still good.

Bottom line, we are paid to win and even in high school, if we don't, we get shown the door and nobody felt sorry for me. So I don't feel sorry for them especially for the money they make.

Calling for someone to lose their job in the middle of a successful season is sad. The team is young and need depth on both line of scrimmage and LB group and need experience in the secondary. Starting QB is in his first year playing a full season, backup QB has only one year experience under his belt. Give these guys a chance to develop, many of you have said before the season that next year is the year LSU should be compete for a championship so what changed. Amazing how some are calling for the firing of the coach when they themselves are not even living up to expectation in school or on their jobs. Like most LSU fans it is disappointing to lose another game to Alabama and to be beaten by Arkansas again for the second year in a row but LSU will be back to restore order again. Every dog has their day so let them enjoy. I promise you it wont be long lived.

You're wrong dude....and unfortunately nobody cares anymore.

I don't care anymore about this current coaching staff and the product that they put on the field. I'm trying to insulate myself from the disappointment that is Les Miles. A stockbroker would say that I'm "long" but not "short" on LSU football.
