No, anytime Miles calls your position out in the media, players either get their shite together or they get the bench.

ETA: He should call out the special teams. They have been a shitfest.

The only year you can say we didn't have a better QB over the last 15 years is last year, and he was on the team.

The receiving corps have never had as bad a case of the butterfingers than they have this year. Harris isn't the best we've had, but the receivers aren't helping him at all. I'm not sure I've as many inexpiable drops as we've seen this year. Harris's completion percentage should be closer to 65%.

Couple that with the change is play calling over the last several years, and the opportunity for his ability to show through production just isn't there. This is the amount of passes attempted since 2007:

2008: 391
2009: 336
2010: 301
2011: 279
2012: 356
2013: 326
2014: 276

We're on pace to only attempt 181 passes this year. And that's not because Harris is a bad QB.

And regardless, 2010 Jefferson is worse than 2015 Harris if Harris maintains his current pace.

I think this is a legitimate concern. Watching the games, you can see that so many times, they know it's going to be a running play so they basically put their hands on the defender in a half as way or barely get out of their stance b/c they KNOW it's not coming to them. I honestly didn't think that after last year our passing game could get any WORSE. Turns out it absolutely could and the biggest reason for it is you have a best-in-CFB running back who can get you 5-6 yards almost every time he touches the ball.

Check out some game tape of OBJ in early 2012 and 2013. Rueben Randle too.

That is downright scary. But you have to admit that Harris is apart of that equation.

I don't see how you came to that conclusion at all. 2010 JJ >>>>> Harris.

Personally, I don't think their play was as bad as that. I give them an F+

I would give them an incomplete.

They had a few drops over a season. We're only 4 games in.

No I don't. Receivers are dropping a ton of balls and no one can stop Fournette.

A nifty thing called stats. Try looking at them.

I would put in WR's that are willing to block and play team ball. I was a WR in HS and we only threw the ball a few times a game. My job was to hit LB's in the ear hole. I enjoyed that part and I enjoyed catching passes.

Les has clearly, and publicly, challenged them to step the frick up.

I haven't seen him do that to a player or position group like that in a long time. I think it will have an impact.

Franks is coming in next year and I honestly think we will have a true dynamic passer and leader with charisma, coolness, and confidence for the first time since Mett

Holy shite, based on what? High school competition?

No freshman QB is coming to LSU and making an impact.

No, because for how ever many that don't give a shite, there are others on the bench who will bust arse every play.

Rewatching the tape, Dural looked disconnected, even when targeted for deep passes.

Harris is a MUCH, MUCH better runner and has a better running game and offensive line to support that running game.

Its just a different squad with different plays and coaches.

If Harris was QB in 2010 he'd have better stats than JJ and I have no doubt about that.

So Franks is your next savior.
Just add him to the list that has been ruined by this coaching staff.

That's IF he even comes.

Harris is a much more instinctive runner. Which would be great if he was a running back. JJ was a better passer.

Just above you admit that Harris has better running backs and offensive line now than JJ had in 2010. So how could you possibly say he would have better stats?

OBJ had a few drops in each of several games. And we aren't talking about times where he would have to spin around and managed to get his fingertips on the ball, we are talking about in both hands in stride.

When you come up with any showing Harris is a better QB than JJ in 2010, let me know.

Well heck then! Following your "logic", we shouldn't even field a team. We have no hope. Everyone sucks, and the only people who should come to LSU are suckers and rejects. Idiots like you are the ones who RUIN the meaning of what it is to be a fan. Saying all of that, let me end with this:

Know how I know you are either a troll from another fanbase or a complete idiot? And for the record Im leaning heavily on troll.

I saw Burt Jones throw passes to his cousin Andy Hamilton when I was young and haven't missed a game since.
So, not a troll, just someone who's not happy with the offensive philosophy of this coaching staff.

If you think that makes me an idiot....I really don't care.
