Wouldn't technically be a points shaving scandal, but there is more money involved here than any other points shaving scandal. We are probably talking about a couple of million dollars that would go to his son's trust.

McNeese is one of the worst teams on the schedule.
If O felt he needed to pay off his son because LSU is so terrible that we would be in serious danger of losing wouldn’t he need to pay off every QB on the schedule. With your thought process we would otherwise lose at least 10 games and O will get fired anyway.

Listen. I am definitely of the belief Ed O is gone after this year and needs to be. And that our team is absolute garbage and probably a bottom tier sec team. But my god dude. We are not mcneese bad
