i get that. but it doesn't take a rocket scientist to decipher what the crowd is booing. AJ knows those boos are for him.

I'm not calling out the booers. They should just own up to what they're really doing. That's all.

and the great thing for you is, when a recruit decides to go somewhere else, you can bash miles about it. win win.

Dishonest is a more accurate discription. But I guess wrong is kind of subsumed in the term.

If a recruit is so weak minded he can't handle boos and jeers do we really want him? You think everyone is gonna cheer and worship these kids on the road?

I'd prefer strong willed recruits who thrive on adversity. Not buckle.

No. It's all about the justification.

I didn't boo at all fwiw. But the boos didn't bother me one iota. Nor should they anyone else.

I agree in principal.....but still....this coming from the same group that insists on ruining half of the band songs.

QB pressure at LSU makes NY look like Romper Room.

booing on the road is one thing. everyone should be able to handle that. sometimes thrive on it.

but by your own fans?

people can do whatever they want, but if we lose a quality player over "most things were equal on my trips but Bama or A&M didn't boo their own guys" then that's something we brought upon ourselves bc of an over inflated sense of self entitlement.

it's sad

Jennings, by all accounts, is a great kid and works hard. He represents LSU the right way.

He has struggled, sure. But he in NO WAY deserves to be booed.

This isn't a Jordan Jefferson situation where he was a dope who said and did the wrong things off the field

Exactly.

I mean, I wouldn't even think to boo Jefferson. But I understand your point.

Leaders are suppose to lead whether it's popular or effective to do so.

Showing our disapproval is a right we all enjoy. Booing a teenager who wants nothing more than to help our team be successful is bout as low class/jerk like behavior as it gets, but each to our own.

If I was LSU if anyone booed I'd put them on the video board and list their Facebook link and send a pic of them booing to their job and plant drugs in their mail box

I blame it on Les Miles. He knew Jennings would get booed but he kept pushing him out there.
