Seriously though....what's it going to take to get Welter benched?

Apparently absolutely awful play isn't going to do it. I guess I just set the bar too high when I expect a MLB to be able to do things like tackle and not get manhandled by the likes of Furman.

Reminds me of the drop linebacker. I won't mention his name, but he was lost out there.

Of course, I really blame tepper on that one

Bar fight? Who's going to take one for the team?

They aren't gonna do it at this point. Miles claims he's loyal to fault and this is an example.

Welter is a les miles pet

my gut is that he practices really, really, really well....and he shines, so Les and Chief start him

......then there's gameday

Well in miles defense, it's not like anything is on the line from here on out.

I don't even think that's it, but let's pretend it is. At this point he's given more than enough evidence that he's just flat out bad. Put Louis or beckwith in and let them take their lumps, it can not possibly be worse. We may as well be playing 10 vs. 11 when welter is out there

Worse thing is watching Louis he is noticeably better but can't seem to garner a start. Why the frick would anyone want to play for a guy who won't let then start when they are playing head and shoulders better above the starter?

Go watch the first quarter again. Louis played almost every defensive snap. He is not that much better at MLB than Welter. He reacts to the play slowly and can't get off blocks. Face it we suck at MLB.

Nothing Miles or Chavis can do this year. They better do every thing they can to get Clifton Garret here.

I guess Miles is snowballing the recruits - you should direct this question to any of his former players.

Someone better, of course. The coaches have been trying like hell to get Louis or Beckwith ready. Beckwith needs an offseason, just like Minter did. Louis apparently isn't there yet. Welter gives us our best shot at winning, period!

Welter would be a better fit for Tulane or Southeastern. I can't wrap my head around why he is still starting for LSU. Dudes a liability and Saban will expose that shite. Hopefully the two weeks of preparation helps the coaching staff understand this.

If Saban's game plan is to run right up the middle at Welter then Bama will win.

When is Freak Johnson going to get benched? Got whipped all night by a kid 6'2" 260.
