So you like your classmates? Then just say that. Met is fine. You don't know what you are talking about

Here is Woodley's photo. Looks like he needed a haircut as well.

I don't give a shite about the length of hair, hell I was a frustrated hippie because I always had jobs/obligations that required conforming haircuts. Mett has none of these, and he looks like a creepy, porn version of Justin Beiber. I'm no model, but I can tell what looks dorky.
You should have posted the one of Woodley him throwing the ball in one of those tearaway jerseys with the six pack showing(in my yearbook,) another thing I doubt Mett has. All in good Tiger fun my friend!

made me recall how much better of a QB he(and Woodley) were than Mett is at this point, and they had no where near the supporting cast that this kid does. Yeah, you are an idiot. Mettenburger needs work (coaching) but he's got an NFL arm. Kragthorpe needs to coach him. I agree w/ rolling Mett out to escape the pass rush, but he's not Archie Manning, Randall Cunningham or Michael Vick ... he does NOT have the ability to throw on the run. They need to show him film of Drew Brees ... he rolls out of the pocket, but before he throws the ball, he stops and plants his feet. Every time Mett threw the ball on the run it was a horrible pass. But make no mistake, he's got a bigtime arm. That pass to Ware near the end of the game was incredible.

Now, I love all of you guys, and I certainly don't want to bruise any of your tender psyches' but, as much as many of you would like to erase certain parts of our football past, when Ensminger and Woodley came along, they were good enough that even old Cholly Mac deviated from 3 yds. and a cloud of dust, sent Bobby Moreau to the secondary, and actually played freshmen QB's.!!! He was adapting, it didn't save his job, but as much as I like our success, Miles is bullheaded as shite. Love him though!

He's got lead cleats on. Less than zero mobility.

Not true. He has mobility. He can roll out. My point is, just like Brees does, he needs to stop and plant his feet before he throws. My assumption is that the coaches can teach him that. He is going to be OK. the Oline is not protecting him and we have a big problem at left tackle. Hurst needs to be moved to LT and Alexander take his place at RT. Josh D. is a guard. He can't play LT.

Ensminger and Woodley?

Wow Mett, is more like Bert Jones So. year at this point.

Mett is already a better passer than those 2.

777Tiger I saw Bret Jones play and was there for almost every game he played in, Mett is far closer in his play to Jones than any other QB we have had.

Woodley and Steve where both not near the thower of Jones or Mett.

Also I am one of the few that know Bert was booed by LSU even his Jr year when Mac put him in after Lyons went off on Wisconsin. Jones was booed everytime Mac put him in his So. year.

Paul ran for 139 yards and throw for 165 yards in that game, and just like in those days many LSU fans are blind....Jones was already called a sure fire 1st round pick after his So year. But LSU fans still booed him, it is not until the Notre Dame game of 72 did the fans totally stop.

You appear to have blinders on like many fans, because Woodley and Steve are nothing like those two.
