Game coverage is great. Other programming (e.g: Finebaum Show, etc.) really suck. It's only worth watching when a game is being played.

I am sure the Bama coverage will be better when they are back in their home stadium.

I hope the SEC tournament coverage from that stadium is better if some of the games will be on SEC+

Amen. I still love going to games but it's so awesome we have basically every game televised. I hope it helps the sport become more and more popular.

That's awesome. I actually watched less games this year than I did in 2013 when we whiffed in omaha. Watched a lot of games on Justin streaming that year. It has just been a tough season for me to keep up with this year due to work. Looking forward to quality coverage of baseball in the future though!

SEC Network was great this year. Only the gumps had terrible camera work. One camera behind home plate is all they had.

Isn't Hoover Met where the SEC Tourney will be played? Will we be stuck with the one cam the whole time, or will they bring in more?

No I think espn will pick up a lot of the games. Whoever carries the game will have more than one camera I hope.

Tune in to any bama game at the met. It's like stepping into the Stone Age.

Edit..I see it's been discussed. I agree with op. Stellar work everywhere but bama.

Very impressive. I've not missed more than 5 games all year. I remember a few years ago watching games in Orange Beach on our opponents websites. There would be several second delays continually and some didn't have audio

Was just thinking about how Peterson may be a top 3 commentator on ESPN. Dude is money. So happy they have him covering LSU so often.

I agree. Peterson is top notch. He knows the game and is a superb commentator.

Having a Roku box that allows me to stream games via SEC Network Plus is unreal. Think there was only a handful of games this season that I wasn't able to watch.

It's been great but can someone help me with this? I have the Amazon Fire Stick and for some games it says that I am not subsribed to this channel...yet I can watch the game on my phone and tablet. I uninstalled WATCHESPN then reinstalled it and same problem. What's the deal?

I stream on Apple TV and have seen damn near every game on it if I'm not at the game. It's been outstanding.

I only watch or look for LSU games (which are plentiful), but does the secn and + cover all the schools as much as us (like mizzou and others that don't care as much as us)?

Daigeaux, I had the same problem. It turns out I was subscribed to SEC Network but not SEC Network+. Cox added that channel for me. It actually lowered my bill by a couple of dollars too! Strange, especially for Cox Cable.

We've come a long way since gmorgan

If you are talking about Joe Morgan I thought he was a good commentator. Several years ago I sat next to him on a plane and he was very complimentary of the LSU baseball program. He said he couldn't believe the fan support at The Box and in Omaha. He said even during the heyday of the Reds, there were games when the fans were not as vocal and supportive as LSU fans are.
And his knowledge of baseball was absolutely mind blowing.

No, gmorgan is a poster that used to do play by play threads pre GEAUX zone.
