How much input do the schools have in when their bye weeks are?
Alabama 2007 before LSU
Alabama 2008 before LSU
ALabama 2009 before LSU
Alabama 2010 before LSU

I beginning to think the SEC want Alabama to beat LSU.

I think 4-5 of bama's opponents this year had a bye week before them, so they've had their share too.

Take it as a very high compliment for LSU, that Alabama would apparently want extra time to prepare.

This is correct...we play Auburn, then have a bye, then play Bama the next 2 years.
