I haven't seen all the QBs in LSU history, but he was the worst I've seen, and I've been watching since 1982 as a kid.

There is zero doubt in my mind that LSU would have won the Nat'l Championship if Mett had taken over after Bama instead of JJ.

Maybe, but with 20/20 hindsight I think Lee should have retained starting job and Mett given significant snaps, a whole lot of snaps. If Jarrett got that deer-in-the-headlights look against UA for the 3rd time, then Zach would have been more prepared to step in and give it a shot.

Yeah, continuous 3 and outs is a killer. Physically and also the motivation factor, knowing that making a stop won't mean much.

After 11/5 this was the big coaching mistake. JJ didn't win that game, D and ST did. As someone already said, we'll probably never know why. Oh well, done deal, next.

Even after climbing to a 21-10 lead JJ had still done nothing, except bitch and moan all game. So happy he is gone. Watching this game does bring back memories of how mad a was at Les during this game and on 1/9

It's so fun watching our D this game. Tm7, Simon, montgomery, minter were all beasts in this game. We have so many superstars on defense.
