Baylor is a dumpster fire. I wouldn't mind throwing some $$$ at him. Thoughts?

Amazing how posters on this board don't know shite. Scott Drew is Dale Brown's godson. How many people know that? Scott Drew's Dad, Homer Drew, was Dale's assistant coach at LSU when I was in school. Scott is a good friend of mine. He is an outstanding coach and recruiter. He is not and has never been dirty. Big 12 coaches have tried to perpetuate that rumor since he has done so well at Baylor. LSU would be lucky to get him. I don't think LSU would offer enough to lure him from Baylor. Scott Drew would be a homerun hire at LSU.

I think he will be out of the price range. He currently makes 2.7 at Baylor, with O making 3.5, I just don't see a basketball coach making more than 2.5...LSU is going to have to take a chance on a younger guy.

It's $3 million at least just to get a meeting with him. We're not going to spend that when there are guys on the come we can get for a lot less.
