You get floored 21-0 with 92 yards of total offense and 5 first downs

You throw wrinkles in. It's not surprising if you do it to every team you play. Especially north Texas.

Folks have been saying Miles is "sandbagging" against lesser opponenents for 7 years now, but the play calling is exactly the same no matter who we play. Like it or hate it, its just his coaching style.

This season we have a QB with much more potential and talent then the two average guys we have been stuck with for the last 4 years.

I think we should give it 2-3 weeks before forming such strong opinion on our offensive philosophy.

People just need to realize that Lee and Jefferson weren't very good and that might have pushed us into a even more conservative offensive strategy than a coach like Miles might even prefer. Give it a few games as JR and Flynn threw the ball around in the past.

I have a feeling the 2 guys sitting behind us bitching about EVERY frickING PLAY are in this thread.

Gotta remember, last night was the first time on a college football field for a few kids. No reason to overwhelm them.

And what reason did we have to try "open it up" against NORTH TEXAS? If we ever need to "open it up" against NORTH TEXAS, then I'll get worried.

And so what if is the same offense as last year? Did yall already forget last year we went 13-1 with a mental midget under center against arguably the toughest schedule in cfb history with that offense? I know most of your vags have been bleeding since 1/9, but it's time to put the big boy panties on and get over it. Les' job is to win games, not please you. I personally like watching us bludgeon our opponents until we "make their arse quit". (<< That was for those that still have Lord Sabans balls on your chin)

I know everyone in here was All-SEC/All-American, but I think a midol is in order for a few of you chaps
