I liked Big Sam as a Tiger. He was good for us and I appreciate his contribution, but I cannot say that I am shocked to hear this news. Not all good college players turn out to be good in the NFL. It's just the way it is. Life in the NFL is very unforgiving. Taking plays off and not giving his all were habits he developed here and at the next level it caught up to him. I hope he follows his dream, works hard and improves enough to finally make it somewhere. Thanks for the memories Big Sam.
