We had that pitcher on the ropes. Hit it somewhere and let the run score from 3rd.

Could have also been a double play. There's logic behind it whether you agree with he call or not.
I didn't particularly like it, but that's a play he should be able to make 9 out of 10 times. It's a freaking bunt

Down 2 it's dumb to intentionally give up an out to get just one run. It's a proven fact that bunting decreases run expectancy.
