So what you're saying is that Saban not only wishes he were still at LSU, but that he also knows Miles is better. Gotha.

Explain to me how those two situations are different?

Sure, and I'll do so with questions and answers.

How many times has LSU ran that play?
Once.

Who did we use this play that we have only ran once ever on?
UF.

Why have we only used this play against UF?
Because they broke it out against us and embarrassed us with it multiple times.

Understand now the difference b/t that play and bama using the reverse against a different team than us?

Saban has publicy said that his best job ever was at LSU and he wishes he never would have went to the NFL if he knew he would be back coaching college otherwise he would have stayed at LSU and won titles on titles on titles on titles on titles

Do you have a link for this? I hear people say it all the time but I have never actually seen the quote.

What's confusing? He came after moffitt and settled for his assistant. Then recruitment of Luther Davis and sentimore among others was a ploy to get back into la. Those two turned out to be bust.

He also tried to get fisher as OC

I also realize that he brought those guys to lsu so he really isn't taking anything from us that he didn't put here.

So does Les envy Florida because JJ ran the Tebow Jump Pass?

LSU ran the jump pass against FLA as a joking "gotcha!". Saban did not run that reverse against LSU, but against another team! That is "copycat" envy!

Ah, now I see. Not to be a grammar nazi, but that sentence could use a comma or period or something.

It is what it is. I'm very happy for what the guy did and made LSU while he was here. But he's a dick for how he went about going to Bama. I don't think he envies LSU, I think he knows he screwed up and likes his current situation.

Kick his arse Les.

Right, he was trying to show up Meyer and Mullen and Tebow and virtually everyone else from that team who is no longer associated with Florida anymore.

my favorite part was the horse collar that took out Brantley that wasn't called...

And if that was the best speech that Saban can give to his players, then I'm more confident that we will come out of Bamaville with a victory.

Les' pep talk>>>>Saban's attempt

Germans but still the best

Wrong, it was a joking payback and the media, the FLA AND the LSU fans and the Tebow vintage players still on the team "got it"! It also worked for 6 points!

Never again:
LINK

For some virus like reason the national TV & sports writer news media is gaga over Alabama. And I am reading and seeing that the BCS # 1 LSU tigers are going to simply lose to a more superior Nick Saban football team. That belief apparently is the news media bottom line.

I for the same unknown reason never come in contact with that virus that they all now have. Because I don’t believe them. I still see this LSU football team with the same view that I saw a very good college football team LSU with. Out playing the stronger teams than Alabama played. And that this same LSU team look like a very strong football team that will block and tackle Bama with the best of them. Afterwards the writers can hopefully get treatment for the crimson virus. Shake it off and go get to know this Les Miles LSU football team better first hand.
If there is no treatment for the virus. Well…
How far is the distances from the press box to the grown?

I seriously doubt Sabans ego can allow him to be envious of anyone else.... even more so in his current situation
